Richard Sedivy with the support of Carp exhibited paintings at 2024 Washington Blvd. in Los Angeles Nov. 18-23, 1977, marking the first showing of contemporary artworks at that space. Sedivy's exhibition there included a preview and reception: Attendees included various artists.


Related Projects
In coordination with Future Studio and as an installment of the Getty's Pacific Standard Time initiative, Carp revealed a selection of ephemera documenting performance and media arts by Bob Wilhite, Chris Burden, Vito Acconci, Kim Jones, Charles Christopher Hill, Alexis Smith, Richard Newton, Gordon Matta-Clark and Bruce Nauman, among other artists.
Charles Christopher Hill presented a selection of short films in a public showing sponsored by Carp at the Dickson Auditorium at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Chris Burden presented a massive assembly of starships from throughout the universe Aug. 8-12, 1978, in a piece sponsored by Carp and installed at Robert Wilhite's Studio in Los Angeles.
